Our Story

Everything started with a blue rose. Mark chased me for four months and I kept saying no until finally agreeing to a date. He brought me a bouquet of flowers with a single blue rose in the center. It became the symbol of our love story, even leading to our wedding colors: navy blue and silver with light blue and white accents. The blue rose symbolizes uniqueness, mystery, and achieving the unattainable. So, when we decided to turn a hobby into a business providing products for bath and body care, there was no question the blue rose would be the symbol of this labor of love, as it’s meaning perfectly echoes the mission we wish to accomplish in our products.

Our Mission

We formulated each product's recipe carefully, using all-natural skin and hair-loving ingredients. Through research and much testing (not on our beloved dogs! and all or our products are cruelty and animal testing free), we chose a special blend of oils that make us feel amazing moisture, skin benefits, and so much more. The mystery was right in front of us in the form of Khubani oil (better known as Apricot oil), Sunflower oil and Shea Butter. Our mission is to bring the benefits and luxury of these products to you.

Who hasn't heard of Shea Butter, or Apricot and Sunflower oils?  How can they possibly be so beneficial to the skin and hair?  The answer might surprise you.  It surprised us when we noticed how creamy and smooth they were in our bath products, but also how different we felt after the bath, especially when we used our body butters and other external products.  We just felt more hydrated, more nourished, smooth.  We also noticed other skin-loving benefits. 

To sum it up simply, combined, this trifecta of ingredients:

• Doesn't clog pores

• Provides hydration that settles quickly into deep tissue

• Balances our skin to where we feet a more luxurious softness

• Contains antioxidants, Omega 3 fatty acids, and between them, Vitamins A, C, D, E and K, which are known to assist skin in numerous ways including skin rejuvenation, repair, and prevention, all of which assist with anti-aging

These two oils and the butter not only provide us with what we were looking for in our twenties, but also what we need now that we’re in our forties!  And we’ve found that we love the feeling that our products leave on our skin. We feel pampered, soothed, hydrated, and luxurious.  Now we want to share that with our customer family.

How It's Made - Quality over Quantity

All our products are all-natural and vegan as we are cruelty free and do not use any ingredients from animal by-products.  Some are completely organic and will be clearly marked as such.  Each product is lovingly handcrafted, hand-poured, hand-molded, hand-mixed and prepared by us directly out of our home in Tennessee utilizing the best ingredients rather than the chemically full and often toxic types of ingredients you will find in store-bought products.

We handcraft all our products in small batches so we can ensure a high-quality product that is lavish, unique, beneficial, and beautiful rather than an assembly-line product prepared via machines that put out hundreds or more of a product identical to the others.  You’ve heard the term no two snowflakes look alike?  It is the same with our products.  Handcrafting means that no two products will look exactly the same, so when you receive yours, you’re assured that what you received was handcrafted specifically for you in one of our beautiful designs, and the skin-loving ingredients and special oils will nourish your skin and leave you feeling pampered when you use them.

You Can't Eat the Products!

The most common thing we hear is that our products, especially our soaps, look like cake slices and look good enough to eat.  That’s great!! But they’re made for external use only using the cold-process soap-making method, which allows us to create gorgeous designs that do look good enough to eat! 

Body Butters and Sugar Scrubs

We provide body butters that are a step above what we’ve found on store shelves.  These are specifically hand-mixed with our combination of oils and other ingredients to provide a moisturizing experience that won’t leave your skin feeling or looking greasy but that are quick to penetrate and absorb into the skin.

Our sugar scrubs are a step above the old-fashioned “sugar in some oil” variety.  They are whipped into a body butter consistency with ingredients that both cleanse and exfoliate, leaving your skin soft and nourished.

The fragrances we use are long-lasting as well as delicious to smell.  For an even greater impact, we have ensured that we provide four complete lines that share fragrance so that you can layer: soap, bath bomb, sugar scrub, and body butter that, layered together, can provide an even longer fragrance retention, as well as a full experience of feeling pampered and luxurious.

We cover all aspects of bath and body, including lip balms, dry oil sprays, bath bombs, and other items.  In future, we will be offering shower gels, shampoo bars, conditioner bars (for 3 hair types from Normal to Dry, Oily, or Fine/Thinning hair.  Additionally, we will be adding more lip balm flavors, more dry oil spray, fragrance mists, beard oils, shaving creams, and other products for men, women, and unisex. If we don’t have a product you need and want, we want to hear about it!
