Refunds

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thebluerosebathandbody.com with information regarding your issue.  We will treat each issue according to its circumstances and if your refund is accepted, we will discuss refund or store credit options with you.

Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  Due to the very personal nature of the types of products we sell, we do not want to accept an opened or handled item. Please contact us at info@thebluerosebathandbody.com if you are dissatisfied with your products and we are more than happy to discuss it with you. 

Exchanges

Due to the very personal nature of the types of products we sell, we do not allow exchanges, as that would necessitate sending your purchased product back to us.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product you received, please contact us at info@thebluerosebathandbody.com to make us aware of any issues.
